Calling all young kings! This is the book club for you! Explore themes of identity, activism, healing and resilience while reading Ghost Boys by Jewell Parker Rhodes. Discuss questions like what is the Black Lives Matter movement? How can we respond to and heal from injustice? With young men from across the country, investigate the layers of identities of key characters in the novel as well as your own. Through reading and brotherhood, develop an understanding of how the various intersections of people’s identities influences our experiences. *Participants are responsible for obtaining their own copy of the book.
