How our Class Bundles Work
Bundles are collections of classes. Class bundles are designed to deepen learning on a variety of topics. At Reconstruction there are two types of bundles for you to experience.
1.Bundles of classes that can be taken in a specific order to build learning from one class to another
2.Bundles of classes that can be taken in any order you choose. Take one class after another based on your interests to deepen learning
What’s Being Taught in this class bundle?
Shorties will define culture and understand how cultural traditions are passed among generations. They will explore what folklore is, and how it impacts and depicts a culture’s morals and values. Students will flex their cultural creativity, writing a fable that features values important to them and their family.

Narrative Essays: What's Your Story?
About this class
In this unit, students will be introduced to the elements of storytelling and how to understand the parts of a narrative. Through reading several narratives, we'll discuss several topics that connect to the culture, identity, and the love of Blackness.
